Bin Cleaning Preparation Guidelines

  • Put Your Bin(s) Out on Time – Place your bin(s) out for cleaning the night before your scheduled bin cleaning day. We cannot guarantee service for bins that are not out on time.

  • Proper Placement – Position your bin(s) at the kerbside, with handles facing outward toward the street/road, ensuring they are clearly visible to our cleaning team.

  • Loosen the Bin Liner – Before your next bin collection, loosen the bin liner we provide. This helps the bag and its contents slide into the bin lorry cleanly and efficiently.

  • Ensure Your Bin is Empty – Make sure your bin is completely empty, with no remaining contents at the bottom. The bin liner should also be removed before your cleaning day.
